Veterans Upward Bound will be participating in the 2016 Philadelphia Veterans Parade. The TRIO Veterans Upward Bound Program, an educational opportunity program funded by the U.S. Department of Education, advocates for the learning experience of under-represented Philadelphia area military veterans.
