Parade & Festival Participant Information
The 2024 Philadelphia Veterans Parade and Festival will be held November 10, 2024.
>We have closed out APPLICATIONS to participate in the parade (October 22, 2024). Approved participants were sent emails with information regarding Staging Location and Time. Information is also listed below.
The Philadelphia Veterans Parade kicks off at approx 12noon on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 21st St & Ben Franklin Parkway and ends just past the Philadelphia Art Museum at Eakins Oval, a new route for 2024. The Festival takes place from 12noon - 4pm at Eakins Oval.
ALL PARTICIPANTS will need to go through Homeland Security the morning of at 19th St & Logan Circle.
Below is a list of Parade Participants in ALPHA - they are listed in alphabetical order, not order of march.
IMPORTANT: ALL VEHICLES / MOTORCYCLES will need to go through Homeland Security Scanning at 19th St & Logan Circle.
ONCE YOU PASS THROUGH HOMELAND SECURITY SCANNING, proceed to your designated staging location listed below.
ALPHA and will be staging between 21st & 20th Sts on the Ben Franklin Parkway. All VEHICLES that are IN the PARADE should arrive between 9:00am-9:30am. MARCHERS do not need to arrive until between 10:30am – 11am. NOTE: MOTORCYCLES are to arrive between 8:30am-9:30am
*All participants that have a FLOAT or BUS in the PARADE we ask that you please arrive by 8:45am
If you/your organization will be having vehicles in the parade, we will need the names and phone numbers of anyone from your group that will be operating a vehicle IN THE PARADE. This has been requested by the Office of Emergency Management. We need to have it by November 5th. To submit the names/phone numbers, go to https://form.jotform.com/242985480855168

6. Remain on Logan Circle via the outer two lanes to 19th Street.
From Points West
Directions:
