The 9th Annual Philadelphia Veterans Parade will be held on Sunday, November 5th, 2023 and is being televised on Channel 6 at 12:30pm. The parade concludes at North 5th Street and the Veterans Festival takes place from 12:30pm to 3:30pm between 3rd & 5th Sts on Market St.
Important Information for Approved Participants below;
IMPORTANT: ALL VEHICLES / MOTORCYCLES will need to enter on to JFK Blvd via 30th St. Station and proceed to 20th & JFK for HOMELAND SECURITY SCANNING. (click here for map)
ONCE YOU PASS THROUGH HOMELAND SECURITY SCANNING at 20th & JFK, you should proceed to your designated staging location.
ALPHA Approved Participants will be staging between 16th & 17th on JFK Blvd. All VEHICLES that are IN the PARADE should arrive between 9:00am-9:30am. MARCHERS do not need to arrive until between 10:30am – 11am (Click here to see list of ALPHA Participants)
MOTORCYCLES - ALPHA 1 - will be staging between 15th & 16th on JFK Blvd. All MOTORCYCLES should arrive between 8:30am-9:30am and proceed to 15th & 16th on JFK for line up. (Click here to see list of approved Motorcycle Groups/MCs)
BRAVO Approved Participants will be staging between 17th & 18th on JFK Blvd. All VEHICLES that are IN the PARADE should arrive between 9:30am-10am. MARCHERS do not need to arrive until between 10:30am – 11am. (Click here to see list of BRAVO Participants)
*All participants that have a FLOAT or BUS in the PARADE we ask that you please arrive by 8:45am
PORT-A-POTTIES: For your convenience there will be Port a Potties in the staging area.
Don't Forget - Daylight Savings Time Ends on November 5th - at 2am on November 5th, you push your clocks BACK one hour !
All Approved Parade Applicants have been sent an email advising them of the information above - Staging Location, Time to be there, etc. The email was sent to the person that filled out the application. If you do not see an email, check your SPAM folder.
