The Ben Franklin High Navy JROTC will be participating in the 2016 Philadelphia Veterans Parade. Their Mission: To instill in the students in secondary educational institutions the values of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment.  Ben Franklin’s Navy JROTC program began in the fall of 2003 by MGySgt Andrew Worley and has been a mainstay in the school producing the highest graduation level of any program with a 98% graduation rate. They are Involved in community service, fundraisiing, and volunteer activities throughout the city and the Delaware Valley
